As an Assistant Manager, you will support daily business banking operations, including onboarding and customer due diligence, ensuring timely, high-quality service to maximize customer experience.

What You'll Do

1. Support various customer fulfilment processes, including client onboarding, profile, and account maintenance.
2. Oversee daily operations, handling documentation for account opening, profile changes, and account maintenance.
3. Monitor key performance metrics and recommend improvements.
4. Engage in cross-skilling initiatives to enhance adaptability and continuous learning.
5. Ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and industry standards.
6. Manage operational risks and implement mitigation solutions.
7. Collaborate with team members and leadership for strategic decision-making.
8. Demonstrate effective problem-solving capabilities.
9. Identify areas for improvement through performance metrics and implement necessary changes.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We're Looking For

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
2. Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role and at least 3 years in banking, with independent work capability.
3. Project Management: Lead process improvement projects.
4. Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and performance metrics.
