Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing

Join our dynamic team at RAKBANK as an Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing digital marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility, drive customer acquisition and optimize marketing ROI.

What You'll Do

• Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, social media, and display advertising, as well as radio and out-of-home advertising with the support of a media agency.
• Collaborate with the media agency and marketing/comms team to develop media plans within budget and target audience parameters.
• Support the Marcom team in delivering a 360 media strategy, liaising with business units on KPIs and objectives.
• Coordinate with media suppliers to secure approval for the implementation of outdoor creatives and handle formalities related to promotions, etc., from the municipality and economic department.
• Track campaign leads to ensure campaigns are executed as per the agreed media plan and schedule and conduct post-campaign analysis with the media agency.
• Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Participate in the development of departmental compliance monitoring and control processes, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory obligations.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in media planning and performance marketing.
• Experience with a media agency or in-house marketing team in the UAE's banking or financial services sector.
• Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies for customer acquisition and business growth.
• Managed multi-channel campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, display, social, programmatic) and offline (radio, OOH) media.
• Strong hands-on experience with media agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
