Job Title: Assistant Manager - Partnerships

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager - Partnerships to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships and partnerships with companies, ensuring effective collaborations and strategic tie-ups.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing relationships or partnerships with companies.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
• Preference will be given to female candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with partner companies to foster long-term collaborations.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to drive business growth.
• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements in alignment with company objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
