About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Manager Partner Relations to join Dubai Holding Asset Management. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Business Partner Management
  2. Manage the Business Partners accounts and efficiently handle the Industrial long-term land lease Musataha Agreements with a lease duration between 30 to 49 years.
  3. Manage internal and external communication and serve as the main point of contact for assigned business partners.
  4. Build strong and lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and open communication, nurturing these relationships, and driving mutual growth and profitability.
  5. Maintain strong, long-term relationships by understanding business partners' needs and developing plans to address them.
  6. Guide new Business Partners through onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to move-in and operation commencement.
  7. Support, identify, and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the organization’s strategic goals and manage the relationship life cycle with existing Business Partners.
  8. Manage the Business Partner accounts and maintain updated records for all documents in an organized manner.
  9. Keep the Business Partners up to date with all the development and project progress in DI and explore opportunities for possible land expansions or new revenue generation.
  10. Oversee the lifecycle of partnerships, from identification and vetting to contract negotiation and ongoing management.
  11. Develop and implement a client experience strategy, ensuring a high level of satisfaction among our Business Partners.
  12. Prepare reports and updates for senior management on tenant relationships and satisfaction.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of industrial parks and resolve tenant-related issues promptly.
  14. Prepare a comprehensive overview background on the Business Partners to help management make informed decisions.
  15. Follow up on every task, ensuring that matters are resolved and completed promptly.
  1. Land Lease & Revenue Generation
  2. Maximize revenue generation through industrial land lease expansions, promoting new activities and products, and annual rent revisions.
  3. Support negotiation and execution of partnership opportunities, including involvement in deal-making processes.
  4. Prepare lease agreements, drafts, and proposals as per defined procedures.
  5. Review the documents before making any request to ensure a smooth transaction and minimize unnecessary delay.
  6. Review the contract amendments, Lease Assignment, Remedy Notices, Termination Notices, and Termination & Settlement Agreements.
  7. Sustain the existing revenue by attracting and retaining existing business partners.
  8. Monitor financial records of the managed accounts and collect dues promptly to maintain a healthy cash flow.
  9. Reduce financial exposure by demonstrating a high level of negotiation skills.
  10. Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape related to our business partners.
  11. Act as a problem-solver to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise between our company and business partners.
  1. Customer Experience and Retention
  2. Support customers throughout their project from mobilization to construction commencement.
  3. Proactively address customer issues and concerns as a primary point of contact for escalation and resolution.
  4. Identify gaps and weaknesses in the process and assist in developing them.
  1. Internal Stakeholder Management
  2. Reduce legal exposure and support the legal department in responding to client claims.
  3. Assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with personnel in internal departments.
  1. Financial Acumen
  2. Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  3. Manage the financial aspects of partnerships effectively.
  4. Conduct detailed analysis to identify risky clients.
  1. Marketing and Promotion
  2. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional activities.
  3. Represent the company in exhibitions and roadshows.
  4. Assist in creating specific marketing materials.

About you:

Bachelor’s degree in business management/administration or any relevant field.

Minimum 4-8 years experience in a business environment with preferably a customer service background.
