Responsibilities:
Ecommerce:
• Work closely with Management to execute the overall direction and strategy for the e-Commerce business
• Ensure pricing and visuals of watches are consistent on website
• Manage customer feedback, enquiries and respond to complaints professionally
• Organise campaign calendar and align the product launches.
• Ensure timely completion of order fulfillments (packing of product, coordinate with forwarders, arranging for insurance coverage, checking for accuracy of invoices).
• Monthly stock count and audit of inventory with Finance Team.
• Regular reports/updates to Management to share insights into sales, profits, sell-through, fast-moving/slow[1]moving categories/SKUs as well as performance of the campaigns.
• Upload of digital stories and prepare product pages.
• Additional projects when tasked.
Magazine Circulation:
• Liaising with internal sources and external sources (printers and distributors/agents for the various editions) to ensure that magazines are on schedule and deadlines are met.
• Manage database - maintaining magazine database list for renewals and new subscription.
• Getting quotations (print/mailing house) for every issue prior to execution and ensure invoices are accurate.
• Co-ordinate with forwarders, postal agents, printers and suppliers to provide accurate documentation for magazine distribution and deliveries.
• Ensuring customer service deliverables
• Process and ensure accuracy of invoices and liaise with finance department for payment.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma.
• Experience working in the luxury landscape (watch experience is a plus).
• Fluent in the Arabic language strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Ecommerce operations is essential.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Structured, analytical and results oriented.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and effectively with minimum supervision.
