Assistant Manager - OD, Manpower Planning and Special Projects
We are seeking an Assistant Manager with expertise in organizational development, manpower planning, and special projects. The ideal candidate will design and implement development frameworks, manage workforce planning, and oversee projects related to organizational structure, job evaluations, and manpower budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop organizational development strategies and update organizational charts and job descriptions.
Conduct job evaluations, using the Hay methodology for role classification and aligning job grades with compensation.
Manage the annual manpower budgeting process and collaborate with HR and finance teams to track manpower costs.
Lead special projects related to organizational effectiveness, change management, and workforce planning.
Prepare HR analytics, dashboards, and management reports, providing insights for decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Organizational Development. CIPD or similar certification preferred.
Minimum 6 years of experience in HR, with a focus on organizational development, manpower planning, and job evaluation.
Salary: 20-25k AED plus family benefits including schooling.
