About the Business Consulting Service Line

Our Business Consulting service line delivers bespoke advisory solutions across a wide range of industries and business sizes from SMEs to large international groups and listed entities. Structured around three core pillars: Strategy & Analytics, Business Transformation, and Governance & ESG, we help clients solve fundamental business challenges. Whether it's designing data-driven strategies, leading enterprise-wide transformations across finance, HR, and procurement, or advising C-suite leaders on governance and ESG frameworks, we provide flexible, personalized support that drives meaningful, sustainable impact.

As an Assistant Manager/ Manager Generalist, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Working on engagements ranging from business transformation (HR, Finance), people advisory, procurement excellence, strategy development, change management, cost reduction, pricing, policy and process work, process improvement, and operating model optimization expertise in at least two of these areas is required.
  • Leading and managing client engagements from planning to execution, including overseeing deliverables, timelines, and team coordination.
  • Managing internal and external project communication and acting as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Coaching, mentoring, and reviewing performance of junior team members, supporting their growth and development.
  • Supporting business development activities including proposals, project scoping, pricing models, and client presentations.
  • Developing dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams to collaboratively solve complex business challenges.
  • Meeting or exceeding utilization targets while ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction.
