Assistant Manager Leasing Administration

We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.

What you'll do

  • Manage and exercise control over leasing administration and the accurate completion of lease documentation process for new leases & renewals.
  • Proper implementation of the SOP's and ensure all reports are done on time.
  • Keep apprised of all leasing opportunities (vacancies, renewals and upcoming vacancies) at the mall, their respective locations, sizes, MEP provision, adjacencies and all advantages and disadvantages.
  • Assist the Leasing Managers and Mall Leasing Team in implementing the Mall Leasing and Renewal strategy.
  • Maintain leasing reporting updates including CRM- updates to pipeline, activities, new brands contacted, proposals sent.

Who you are

  • University Degree or equivalent in a business related discipline preferably in fields related to Urban Land Economics, Real Estate and / or Appraisal / Surveying / Retail Industry in General.
  • 5 years experience working in Mall Leasing Administration with at least 2 years working in enclosed shopping centres.
  • Knowledge of Sales Process and Business Analytics including TOR, RTS.
  • Advanced proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of Financial Databases (i.e. Yardi, Oracle).
