Able to plan and execute learning needs analysis and derive organisational and individual needs based on data analysis and assessment.
Translates identified learning needs into programmes and initiatives for specific audiences or across the organisation.
Assists in the content design and development of various learning programmes and training experiences leveraging prior knowledge and experience in L&D design and talent frameworks.
Close liaison with HR Growth Partners and functions to ensure effective addressing of learning needs and requirements.
Participates in or leads learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among a diverse set of cross-functional business and talent stakeholders, SMEs, and peers.
Collaborates across teams to plan and deliver a seamless experience.
Demonstrates initiative in gathering feedback and data from practitioners, improving learning and development programmes, and constantly moving learning to the next level.
Actively works towards improving learner engagement and learning experience.
Conducts data analysis, identifies trends, correlates with other talent-related factors to facilitate, and supports data driven decision-making at senior management levels.
Ensures compliance with related SOPs and deliverables as well as recommends improvements to add value.
Ensures audit and controls compliance pertaining to the training process and training budget utilization.
Contributes to an inclusive, high-performing team culture.
Maintains an active curiosity about the latest trends in the technology training landscape.
Position Criteria
Bachelor's or Master's level qualification.
At least 6 years of related experience working in L&D.
Experience and skills in L&D content design and development, overall training process management, learning strategy and design, vendor management, project management, stakeholder management, and digital learning platforms.
Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels and across teams.
Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking environment.
Proficiency in tools including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Knowledge of any additional data analysis tools will be an added advantage.
