We are seeking a Learning and Development Assistant to support the Director of Learning and Development in executing impactful training programs and enhancing colleague and guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in training delivery, strong content creation skills, and proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems. Excellent communication skills and a background in Learning, Human Resources, or Hospitality Management are preferred.
