Assistant Manager Law

We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Bar Manager that can bring all of this to life. Working with the mixology team and bartenders, you will be the person that brings all these elements together to create one of the most talked-about bar experiences.

The Assistant Bar Manager is responsible for the overall operation, ensuring a consistent and outstanding guest experience. The responsibilities include:

1. Managing all areas of bar service within the space
2. Training, motivating, and retaining the team
3. Managing food and beverage costs
4. Managing labor costs
5. Overseeing P&L responsibility
6. Developing staffing plans
7. Ensuring safety and hygiene
8. Adhering to all company policies and procedures and brand guidelines
