Position Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager for Key Accounts with a strong FMCG background. The ideal candidate will possess an established portfolio of customers, with a minimum of 10 years of sales experience and at least 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow key accounts within the FMCG sector.
Cultivate relationships with high-profile customers, ensuring long-term partnerships.
Develop strategies for business growth and manage customer portfolios effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of orders and services.
Lead negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
At least 5 years of managerial experience in key account management.
Preferably, background in Bakery, Restaurant, or Cluster Kitchen sectors.
Strong portfolio of established customers in FMCG.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Salary: Starting salary of AED 10,000 per month, along with additional perks and benefits.
