Job Title: Assistant Manager Internal Communications

Job Location: Dubai

Job Summary:

This individual will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of internal communication strategies that drive engagement, foster collaboration, and ensure employees are informed and aligned with PureHealth's goals and values. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clear and impactful messaging, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Senior Manager, Internal Communications in executing the IC strategy to a high standard.
• Create and manage content (copy and design) for internal newsletters, emails, and employee app updates.
• Coordinate communication efforts between departments to ensure consistent messaging, joining the dots as appropriate.
• Assist with internal events (e.g., town halls) and initiatives (e.g., Trailblazers) where necessary to promote awareness, employee engagement, and company culture.
• Measure the effectiveness of IC and provide insights for improvement.
• Assist in managing internal communication platforms (e.g., PureSpace employee app, Viva Engage) to ensure messages are delivered effectively and reach the right audiences.
• Any other task or project as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or marketing is an advantage, though other degrees are often acceptable.
• 5 years of professional experience in a communications role.
• Thorough writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• The ability to support in devising communication strategies and improving on existing practices (continuous development).
• Good understanding of technology, especially digital (app) and video means of communication.
