What you’ll be working on:
HR Strategy Development & Implementation:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s vision and objectives.
- Work closely with senior management to support organizational goals through effective HR solutions.
Performance Management:
- Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
- Ensure a high level of employee performance and accountability through effective coaching and development programs.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive work environment through strong employee relations practices.
UAE Labor Law Compliance:
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations, advising management on legal matters and risk mitigation.
- Handle labor disputes and grievances in accordance with local laws.
Complex HR Issue Resolution:
- Provide solutions to complex HR issues such as employee misconduct, disputes, and performance challenges.
- Ensure the timely and fair resolution of HR-related issues.
Communication & Negotiation:
- Maintain excellent communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring HR policies are understood and followed.
- Use strong negotiation skills to resolve issues and manage employee expectations.
Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with management, employees, and other key stakeholders to ensure HR initiatives support organizational goals.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and respect.
Cultural Competence:
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace environment, embracing and leveraging a multi-cultural workforce.
- Adapt HR practices to accommodate various cultural and individual differences.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR management role.
- Strong knowledge of performance management systems, employee relations practices, and UAE labor laws.
- Proven ability to resolve complex HR issues and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience working in a diverse, multi-cultural environment is highly preferred.
