Job Description
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes by posting job ads, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding activities, including preparing employment contracts and conducting orientation sessions.
- Help manage employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and resolving workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in performance management processes, including performance appraisals and development plans.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labour laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Human Resource Certification an advantage.
