Talent Forums & Succession Planning: Organize and facilitate talent forums, drive succession planning initiatives, and oversee talent reviews and aging processes. Develop policies to support these initiatives.
Metrics Tracking: Track, analyze, and report key talent and performance metrics to support informed strategic decision-making.
Training Development: Design and deliver training modules on performance management, succession planning, and talent aging for diverse stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive and implement key talent management strategies.
Data Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis, identify trends, and create presentations to deliver insights to align stakeholders with organizational performance goals.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors in HR or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in talent and performance management.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills with a logical and strategic mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Experience with Oracle systems is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
