We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Finance Manager to support our finance operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. This role will be responsible for financial analysis, subsidiary oversight, audit coordination, budgeting, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Subsidiary Oversight: Reconcile balance sheet accounts, investigate discrepancies, and conduct quarterly visits to our European subsidiary to review financial records, internal controls, and reporting processes. Ensure compliance with group policies and resolve financial reporting issues.
Audit Support: Collaborate with internal and external auditors by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Act as a liaison between subsidiary auditors and parent company auditors.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Support the development and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts. Analyze budget variances and provide recommendations for improvement.
Special Projects: Participate in ad-hoc projects assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA).
7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting.
Strong knowledge of IFRS.
Hands-on experience with accounting software.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including V-lookups and pivot tables.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
