Managing the preparation of facility letters, security, and facility documentation in line with approval terms and conditions.
Review of customer executed facility and security documents in line with approval terms and conditions, credit policy and Shariah guidelines.
Identifying potential risks related to documentation and taking appropriate measures to mitigate such risks.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement, efficiency and suggesting appropriate enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring the issuance of the facility letters in line with approval terms, credit policies and guidelines for C&IB and/or CMB and/or Wealth Management Customers.
Preparation/review of security and facility documents in line with approval terms and credit policies and guidelines.
Ensuring the facility, security, support documents being properly executed, signatures of the signatories verified and supported by resolution/POA.
Ensuring approval from relevant authorities are held for deferrals/waiver of any incomplete documents.
Review and checking of security documents.
Review of customer executed facility and security documents in line with approval terms and conditions, credit policy and Shariah guidelines, and follow up with the business units for any required rectification.
Temporary / Permanent released security documents.
Collateral creation and its maintenance.
Updating security documents in Finacle.
To ensure security documents have been organized as per policy (numerical sequence) & arranged in KARDEX.
Linkage and delink age of collaterals in Finacle.
Carry out any specific or adhoc project or task assigned by line manager or unit head.
Required Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor Degree
Relevant experience in credit operations and trade services related activities.
Strong technical skills and competency in credit control related functions and thorough knowledge of Islamic banking products.
