Job Title: Assistant Manager-Compliance

Job Description:
The Assistant Manager-Compliance works closely with the Compliance Manager to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. They monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices. The assistant manager assists in the development and implementation of compliance programs, performs periodic audits and assessments, and provides guidance to employees on compliance matters. They must possess strong attention to detail and have a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist the Compliance Manager in developing and implementing compliance programs.
2. Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
3. Perform periodic audits and assessments to identify compliance issues.
4. Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters.
5. Review and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
6. Investigate and respond to compliance-related issues or incidents.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance concerns.
8. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends in compliance.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in compliance management or related roles.
3. Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
