As Shamal Holding continues to grow, we are in search of an Assistant Manager Communications to join our dynamic team. In this role you will manage, develop and implement efficient communications solutions, in English and Arabic, aimed at engaging audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the challenges and opportunities of creating and implementing a communications program and translate into impactful communications solutions.
- Develop and deliver high-quality, creative and engaging written content, in-line with agreed strategies for designated programs across channels including, but not limited to fact sheets, press releases, press kits, internal announcements, social media programs and postings.
- Develop, review, agree (with designated project team) and deliver communication strategies, working in partnership with key stakeholders and the MarComm team.
- Identify, develop and coordinate the effective deployment of comprehensive communications plans based on real-time analysis of the business environment.
- Work with business units and operating entities to ensure alignment of messaging with timely delivery of work, regular reporting.
- Support the business unit with other projects as reasonably requested.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic languages (written and spoken).
