The Assistant Manager, Beach Operations supports the OPS Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, and maintaining a welcoming, vibrant environment. This role is responsible for managing staff, enhancing member satisfaction, and contributing to the club's success through effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication. The Assistant Manager, Beach Operations ensures that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards and that guests enjoy a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience at the beach club.

About the Job

1. Develop and maintain an elegant environment with attentive service and superior colleagues.
2. Be accountable for smooth and efficient day to day operations.
3. Conduct daily briefings and ensure accurate team communication.
4. Ensure correct and consistent service techniques and equipment maintenance.
5. Prepare schedules to balance service needs and control labour costs.
6. Promote good public relations and handle guest complaints professionally.
7. Monitor and manage inventories, expenses, and waste control effectively.
8. Develop and evaluate colleagues for advancement while ensuring a safe working environment.
9. Provide accurate reports and adhere to financial, health, and safety guidelines.
10. Accomplish a set of administrative duties such as leading and attending meetings, writing reports, training policies & other duties directed by the Cluster Manager, F&B Operations.
11. Control usage of food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools and service equipment ensuring the equipment is used in a correct and safe manner.
12. Prepare colleague schedules, which allow for appropriate service while controlling labour costs and overtime.
