Assistant Logistics Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Effective maintenance of centralized data for the Logistics and HSE Dept. - Ensure all data related to Logistics, security, and administration are logged and maintained in a shared folder.
2. Preparation and timely submission of Access pass for contractors and consultants.
3. Assist in the implementation of SOPs, processes, and workflows related to Logistics, Security & Constructions.
4. Ensure execution by Contractors in Logistics deliverables after mobilization to the project.
5. Preparation of monthly Logistics Dashboard.
6. Monthly preparation of Project updated logistics layouts.
7. Maintaining TLAR (temporary land acquisition request) records.
8. Monitor & keep records of utilities including but not limited to Sweet Water, Diesel, Drinking Water, Sewage Removal.
9. Review and verify invoices against supporting documents and submit to line manager for final certification.

Sustainability:

1. Submit monthly sustainability report for carbon footprint to Management.

Security Management:

1. Ensure security control, access passes/procedures, and 24x7 controlled access management including Material exit passes.

Asset Management:

1. Effective management of Employer’s yard, inventories, control samples, IT assets provided for supervision team, and other company assets.
2. Manage maintenance of Offices & premises in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Fleet Management:

1. Ensure effective management of project vehicles refueling, services, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (NEBOSH/IOSH or OSHAD).
2. Knowledge in UAE safety regulations ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and best practices.
3. Experience in Infrastructure projects.
