MTC is looking for an excellent and talented Agile project engineer intern to initiate an outstanding part in our organizational growth. If you are good at collecting customer feedback, manpower planning and monitoring & controlling, and want to be a professional in it, then you are in the right place.
As an Agile project engineer Intern, your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
Core Functional Responsibilities:
- Planning and designing events with attention to financial and time limitations.
- Organizing events according to requirements, target, audience, and objectives.
- Discussion with the vendors to reach an agreement.
- Conduct short-term and long-term planning and management for events and sales.
- Implement brainstorming ideas for event plans and concepts.
- Handling budgeting and invoicing.
- Updating the plans and ideas with senior management.
- Detailed research opportunities for new clients and events.
- Liaising with vendors.
- Negotiating sponsorship deals.
- Ensuring that insurance, legal, health, and safety obligations are followed.
- Managing and coordinating suppliers and all event logistics.
- Handling client queries & troubleshooting on the day of events to ensure smooth operation.
- Producing post-event reports and updating them in the sheet for future events.
- Developing event feedback surveys for future improvement & growth.
- Setting team goals according to their potential.
- Familiar with new tools & techniques that are being implemented.
- Maintaining good relationships with company stakeholders.
- Cooperatively working with customers.
- Responding to changes while following a plan.
- Framing co-workers in a team by examining the right skills & knowledge.
- Delivering working software on time for customer satisfaction.
- Communicating between team members about evolving requirements & planning.
General Responsibilities:
- Researching different venues, suppliers, and contractors, then negotiating prices & hiring.
- Training and supervising event staff for smooth event execution.
- A brief knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
- Attending face-to-face meetings with clients when necessary.
- Building rapport with employees & vendors.
- Setting achievable goals.
- Working collaboratively throughout a project.
- Helping the team by providing guidance for a common goal.
- Valuing people more than processes and tools.
- Comfortably handling quick changes and prioritizing work accordingly.
About Abhyaz Internships:
Abhyaz Internships are a 4-16 week remote opportunity designed to develop your professional acumen while you work on critical real-time projects. You are expected to spend 10 to 15 hours a week. Our team of mentors and industry professionals guide you through every step of the project to gain valuable hands-on exposure. We publish your work results in your online portfolio, allowing you to strengthen your professional resume and social media profiles while showcasing your work. Interns who excel in their projects may be offered a full-time job with the company.
