Job description

Assistant Legal Counsel

Role Responsibilities:

Show initiative in drafting and legal analysis.
Proficient researcher and analyst.
Maintain relationships with external legal experts.
Work closely with all senior team members to ensure legal concerns are addressed on a priority.
Support the legal lead on contract negotiations.
Assist in the formation of new business lines and restructuring.
Draft basic company governance documentation.

Requirements:

Graduate degree or above from a leading academic institution.
Minimum 2 years PQE
Fluent English, verbal and written.
