Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in identifying the training needs of the hotel.
  2. Coordinate and track all training being carried out in the hotel on an ongoing basis.
  3. Together with the Director of Learning & Development deliver hotelwide training courses for all employees.
  4. Train and support departmental trainers and coordinate training delivered by department trainees.
  5. Lead the Orientation process for all new employees.
  6. Conduct English classes to bring the English language competency of team members to an acceptable level.
  7. Provide overall assistance in the People & Culture as required.
  8. Support and be a part of all activities relating to employee relations.
  9. Look after the L&D operations in the absence of the Director of Learning & Development.

Qualifications:

College degree in Human Resources Education or related field.
Previous experience in Training & Development.
Strong communication training and presentation skills.
Passion for training.
