We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Assistant IT Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IT Manager in overseeing our technology infrastructure, implementing new systems, and ensuring smooth operations across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with organizational goals
Collaborate with the IT Manager to oversee daily operations of the IT department
Manage IT projects ensuring timely completion within budget and scope
Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and security protocols
Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex IT issues
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
Assist in creating and managing the IT budget
Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures
Train and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Collaborate with other departments to understand and meet their IT needs
Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cybersecurity
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in relevant IT systems and Microsoft Office Suite
