Job description
  • HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies and procedures comply with UAE Labour Law and industry standards.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Develop and implement grading structures, salary frameworks, and benefits programs.
  • Strategic HR Management: Contribute to HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Multi-Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • HR Processes & Technology: Implement and oversee HR systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, handle grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Labour Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to all UAE labour laws and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in an HR role, preferably in heavy machinery, construction, or industrial sectors.
  • Education & Certification: HR Certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and proficiency in HR technology.
  • Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UAE labour laws, compensation structures, and employee benefits.
