Assistant HR Manager
Job description
- HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure company policies and procedures comply with UAE Labour Law and industry standards.
- Compensation & Benefits: Develop and implement grading structures, salary frameworks, and benefits programs.
- Strategic HR Management: Contribute to HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Multi-Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- HR Processes & Technology: Implement and oversee HR systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, handle grievances, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Labour Law Compliance: Ensure adherence to all UAE labour laws and regulations.
The Successful Applicant- Experience: Minimum 5 years in an HR role, preferably in heavy machinery, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Education & Certification: HR Certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and proficiency in HR technology.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of UAE labour laws, compensation structures, and employee benefits.
