Job Description
- Manage and process employee onboarding and offboarding procedures in accordance with UAE labor regulations.
- Handle employee health insurance processes including registration, renewals, and claims, with deep knowledge of UAE insurance systems.
- Monitor and maintain the attendance system, ensuring timely and accurate recording of staff attendance and leave records.
- Assist with general HR tasks such as document handling, employee records, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers as required.
- Support day-to-day administrative duties and office operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of HR/administrative experience within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and health insurance practices.
- Experience in managing onboarding processes and attendance systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant HR software.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Currently based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
