Job Description

  • Manage and process employee onboarding and offboarding procedures in accordance with UAE labor regulations.
  • Handle employee health insurance processes including registration, renewals, and claims, with deep knowledge of UAE insurance systems.
  • Monitor and maintain the attendance system, ensuring timely and accurate recording of staff attendance and leave records.
  • Assist with general HR tasks such as document handling, employee records, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external service providers as required.
  • Support day-to-day administrative duties and office operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 to 4 years of HR/administrative experience within the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and health insurance practices.
  • Experience in managing onboarding processes and attendance systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant HR software.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Currently based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
