Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated office assistant with good English skills. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start their career and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and documentation.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate training and development activities.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide general HR support.
  • Assist with reporting and data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in using computers and various software applications (MS Office, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Polite, honest, and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience as an assistant in Dubai will be a plus.
