Job description
  • Assist in managing the housekeeping department's operations and distribute assignments accordingly, ensuring that the service standards are being followed.
  • Liaise with the Front Office team regarding the requests of the guests.
  • Coordinate with the Purchasing department regarding supplies requisition and other requirements from vendors to ensure the smooth workflow of the department.
  • Ensure the manning is updated and reasonable staffing are on board, develop training plans to ensure standards are maintained, and process requirements for hiring, internal promotions, and disciplinary action when required.

Qualifications:

  • Service-focused personality is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
