Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for an Assistant Front Office Manager. The Assistant Front Office Manager will oversee front office operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence. Day-to-day tasks include managing office administration, coordinating with various departments, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring efficient front office functioning. The role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of hospitality and guest relations.

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
