Assistant Finance Director

My client is a globally recognised investment business who are looking to appoint an Assistant Finance Director. You will be joining a dynamic and forward thinking team who are known for excellence in the industry with unmatched opportunities for growth.

As the Assistant Finance Director you will be reporting into the Finance Director. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial planning, risk management, reporting, and budgeting, ensuring the company’s financial health and supporting strategic decision-making. Working closely with the real estate investment team you will be heavily involved in business operations to generate revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis processes to support business objectives.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive profitability and growth.
• Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.
• Support on M&A activities.

Requirements:

• Professional finance qualification is essential.
• Significant experience in a senior finance role; ideally Assistant Finance Director.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• 10 years post qualification experience.
• Strong necessity for real estate or investment experience.

Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 per month
