WFOI provides annual events that offer a platform for Family Offices to share insights, explore development opportunities, and nurture partnerships.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Event Coordinator located in Dubai at the World Family Office Institute. The Assistant Event Coordinator will be responsible for event planning, communication with participants, providing exceptional customer service, event management, and supporting sales efforts.

Qualifications
  • Event Planning and Event Management skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
  • Sales experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the finance industry and family office operations is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or related field
