Job Title: Assistant Elevator Planner

Job Description:

The Assistant Elevator Planner is responsible for assisting the Planner with the design, planning, and installation phases of elevator systems for various projects, ensuring that all components are compliant with regulatory standards, meet client requirements, and are delivered within the project timeline and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Developing & obtaining approval of Contract Baseline Programmed.
• Developing & obtaining approval of Contract Baseline Programme requirements.
• Prepare progress reports in accordance with the project requirements.
• Organize Weekly Meetings with the Project Team.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• A bachelor's or diploma in any major.
• Minimum of 2-3 years in elevator installation, planning, or related fields.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
