About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Director- Sales Performance Management to join Dubai Holding Real Estate. They will be responsible for enhancing the sales team's performance, productivity, and efficiency. This role involves developing and executing sales performance strategies, analysing key performance metrics, and implementing innovative solutions to consistently achieve the organization's sales objectives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales Performance Strategy

  1. Support Head of Sales to develop and execute sales performance strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  2. Design frameworks to assess and improve the effectiveness of sales processes, tools, and training to enhance operational efficiency and drive better results.

Performance Metrics and Analysis

  1. Establish KPIs and benchmarks to evaluate individual and team sales performance, ensuring clear standards to track progress and success.
  2. Regularly analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities enabling data-driven decisions that support business growth.
  3. Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership based on performance metrics to refine strategies and improve revenue performance.

Sales Enablement

  1. Partner with sales leaders to identify training and development needs for the sales team.
  2. Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design and deliver impactful sales training programs that address skill gaps and enhance team capabilities.
  3. Oversee the rollout of sales tools and ensure adoption to improve productivity and sales effectiveness.

Incentive and Rewards Programs

  1. Develop and manage incentive programs that align with business objectives and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
  2. Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure they remain impactful and aligned with organizational goals.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement

  1. Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align sales strategies with broader company initiatives, ensuring a cohesive approach to achieving business success.
  2. Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the sales department to create a positive, high-performing team environment.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; Master's Degree is preferred.
  2. Relevant Certification in Sales Management or related is preferred.
  3. Minimum 8-10 years experience, with at least 4 years experience in a management role in sales performance, sales strategy, or a related role.
  4. Extensive network of brokers and agents in Dubai.
  5. Proven track record of leading and improving sales team performance in a corporate or similar environment.
  6. Extensive experience in analyzing sales data and leveraging insights to drive decision-making.
  7. Experience in designing and implementing training programs, sales tools, and process improvements.
  8. Demonstrated success in managing incentive and rewards programs to enhance team motivation and results.
  9. Experience working cross-functionally with departments such as Marketing, Product, and Operations to align strategies.
