The Assistant Director of Sales - Corporate is responsible for driving corporate sales growth, developing strong client relationships, and supporting the Director of Sales in executing sales strategies. This role involves identifying business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring revenue targets are met while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

    4. Recruitment: Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new sales team members.
  3. Sales Execution and Account Management
    1. Lead Generation: Oversee and support the identification of new business opportunities, including prospecting and networking efforts.
    2. Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, accounts, and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    3. Account Development: Help manage and grow key accounts, identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
    4. Client Meetings: Participate in important client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals and maintain relationships.
  4. Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting
