Job description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and analytical Assistant Digital Performance Marketing Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. This role will assist in managing paid media efforts, improving performance metrics, and delivering data-driven results across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance marketing, digital analytics, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management
    • Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Manage performance tracking and reporting for paid media channels.
  2. Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Collect and analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign efficiency.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with broader business goals.
  3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) & Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
    • Support SEM strategies and assist in keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
    • Work with the SEO team to ensure performance marketing campaigns are aligned with organic search goals.
  4. Social Media Advertising
    • Assist in managing paid social media campaigns focusing on performance and engagement metrics.
    • Stay up to date with platform changes and industry trends to recommend new opportunities for growth.
  5. Collaboration & Coordination
    • Coordinate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure cohesive campaigns.
    • Work closely with the digital marketing team to test and improve landing pages and user experiences.
  6. Market & Competitor Analysis
    • Conduct competitive analysis and research to stay informed about industry trends and benchmarks.

Identify new opportunities for digital growth.


Qualifications:

  • Adaptable and eager to embrace continuous learning and professional development in a dynamic corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytical tools.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with programmatic advertising or affiliate marketing.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
