To assist in managing the daily operations of the Concierge department across all TFC hotel properties, ensuring exceptional guest service, maximization of revenue through tours and excursions, and seamless coordination with internal departments. The role also includes overseeing VIP treatment for investors and guests, supporting the development of direct sales strategies, and maintaining high service standards.
Manage daily operational and performance reports.
Supervise and coordinate Concierge teams across all The First Collection (TFC) hotel locations.
Develop and implement strategies to increase direct sales for tours and excursions.
Drive revenue through proactive upselling of tours, experiences, and transportation services.
Prepare and present monthly revenue production reports generated by the Concierge team.
Train and guide Concierge team members on guest interaction, operational procedures, and service excellence.
Establish and enforce procedures for VIP check-ins, tour bookings, and personalized guest experiences.
Oversee logistics and coordination for guest tour bookings and transportation arrangements.
Ensure TFG property owners and investors receive exclusive, high-priority services during their stay.
Ensure Concierge team possesses in-depth knowledge of:
TFG hotel offerings and investment opportunities
F&B venues, including weekly themes, menus, and promotions
Key Dubai attractions, activities, and cultural highlights
Assist in promoting and enrolling guests in the upcoming TFG Hotels loyalty program.
Be capable of covering the duties of any Concierge team member when required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Concierge, Guest Services, or a similar hospitality role
Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership position is preferred
Background in sales or upselling within a hospitality setting is a plus
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Exceptional guest service and interpersonal abilities
Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are a plus)
Proficient in MS Office and hotel management systems
Thorough knowledge of Dubai’s tourism landscape, attractions, and culture
