Job description

This role will be within the Business Development Department – Middle Desk Team and will involve
assisting and supporting Relationship Managers with their day-to-day tasks. The role includes handling
analytical work and routine paperwork, such as preparing credit annual review reports, loan documents,
and account documentation. The candidate should understand the Bank's procedures and products and
ensure the delivery of high-quality service to Relationship Managers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze financial data, conducting market and industry research;
  2. Complete credit annual review reports with Relationship Managers;
  3. Prepare loan and account documents;
  4. Plan and prepare for office events for Relationship Managers, such as meetings, conferences, and promotional activities;
  5. Review and organize notes after client meetings and coordinate follow-up actions;
  6. Follow all industry and company rules and regulations;

Minimum Requirements

  1. Native speaker of Chinese, fluent in English;
  2. Southeast Asian national is a plus;
  3. University degree in a related field (Finance/Economic/Accounting, etc.);
  4. Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in international bank/financial industry assistant experience;
  5. Knowledge of the Bank’s Products and Service is a plus;
  6. A good proficiency with Office Software;
  7. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  8. Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
