Assistant Company Secretary – Arabic Speaker

My client is a growing financial services company based in Dubai, who is looking for an Assistant Company Secretary. The ideal candidate will have experience of compliance to government protocol and legal regulations.

This is the perfect opportunity for a legal candidate to take the next step in their career, or an existing company secretary to move into the financial services sector.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. To ensure the company complies with all financial, legal and standard practice procedures and maintains standards of corporate governance.
  2. To be the point of contact for all Directors.
  3. Organise and follow up from company meetings, take minutes.
  4. Manage all company records, books and registers.

Skills and Experience:

  1. Arabic speaker essential – MUST be fluent.
  2. Experience dealing with regulatory bodies.
  3. MS Office applications.
  4. Fluent in English.
  5. University Degree in Law, Business or Finance related fields.
  6. Experience in Legal sector or Corporate Governance or Financial sectors ideal.
  7. UAE work experience.

The Benefits:

Dependent on experience between 20,000 – 30,000 plus benefits.

Candidates must be based and currently living in the UAE.
