With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Chief Engineer to join the Engineering team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort's success, and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships with our guests and colleagues. You will add significant value by identifying ways to further strengthen and continuously support outstanding service to our business, ensuring quality and consistency in all that we do.

Suitable candidates will be reporting directly to the Director of Engineering and should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. They should have a reputation for being a trusted and collaborative partner of the business. Candidates must be presentable, highly dedicated, and great team players with a passion for quality service and must be willing to work flexible hours. Responsibilities include managing maintenance operations of the entire Resort facility, including guest rooms, building structure, all mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C. systems, power plant, sewage treatment plant, and energy conservation standards and programs. Ensure the upkeep of guest and service areas to maintain them in proper working order and appearance, and coordinate all renovation, expansion, and special projects.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language are required.
