Receiving the RFP, read and understand the scope of works.
Liaise with the client and arrange for a site visit.
Conduct a site visit along with the engineer at the starting stage to identify physical assets and conditions, ensuring asset quantity.
Identify specialized subcontractor services, as required in the RFP.
Liaise with suppliers through the purchase department to receive offers and ensure they fulfill the RFP requirements.
Perform estimation/costing as per the company standard format.
Assist the Bid Coordinator in drafting a technical and commercial proposal in line with the RFP requirements and prepare the tender for submission.
Collaborate with the bidding team to draft small/medium level proposals and contracts on an ad-hoc basis.
Maintain a flexible approach and adapt to a constantly changing environment.
Work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
Ensure tenders are submitted completely, accurately, and within the specified time frame.
Promote the company positively to existing, new, and potential clients.
Undertake any other responsibilities appropriate to your position.
