Main purpose is order management systems and procedures and delivery procedures. Clerical duties may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, maintaining stock, payment follow up, invoicing, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Arranging daily deliveries.
Receiving orders.
Invoicing.
Schedule the delivery routine by coordinating with the customers.
Assisting the finance department for their daily tasks.
Other Responsibilities:
Prepares ad hoc reports as requested.

Ability to work independently and as a team in resolving specific customer issues, manage multiple tasks to completion and meet deadlines.
Must have the ability to handle confidential information regarding the company and customers and maintain that confidentiality in a professional manner.
Must be accurate in working with numbers, speedy in data entry and willing to help in other areas of the accounting department.
Must have the ability and desire to work with people in a team environment, be innovative and willing to participate in internal programs, communications, work simplification, cost-reduction, quality improvement and Lean manufacturing.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum of one-year experience in sales & marketing.
High school or equivalent.
