Some of the duties of the role, along with the ideal candidate:

• Ideally you will have previous experience as a Senior Duty Manager in either food and beverage or Front Office in a hotel operation, however we are happy to look at someone at assistant manager or supervisor level as we can offer excellent training.
• Overseeing all departments within the hotel.
• Be responsible for back of house cleaning rosters.
• Monitoring stock control.
• A candidate with a passion for the hospitality industry and wants to progress their career.
• You will be very customer focused and excellent at handling guest queries.
• Responsible for the health & safety of all staff and customers.
• You will be a great leader and motivator who can lead by example and deliver the best training to staff members.
• Can work well as part of a team but also on own initiative.
