Some of the duties of the role, along with the ideal candidate:
Ideally you will have previous experience as a Senior Duty Manager in either food and beverage or Front Office in a hotel operation, however we are happy to look at someone at assistant manager or supervisor level as we can offer excellent training.
Overseeing all departments within the hotel.
Be responsible for back of house cleaning rosters.
Monitoring stock control.
A candidate with a passion for the hospitality industry and wants to progress their career.
You will be very customer focused and excellent at handling guest queries.
Responsible for the health & safety of all staff and customers.
You will be a great leader and motivator who can lead by example and deliver the best training to staff members.
Can work well as part of a team but also on own initiative.
