Title: Purchase Officer
Location: Sharjah
Responsibilities:
Al Muqarram Industry is seeking a Purchase Officer professional to join our team. The Purchase Officer will be working at the Sharjah head office and reporting to the Head - Procurement and Supply Chain.
General Responsibilities:

1. Preparing reports on cost, profit, and sales.
2. Maintaining customer records.
3. Preparing quotations, pro forma invoices, and sales orders.
4. Liaising between departments to get approval for posting the order.
5. Coordinating with customers and the logistics department.

Competencies:

1. Planning and Organizing.
2. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Requirement: Graduation.
2. Experience working in the manufacturing industry.
