We’re Hiring – ASD Tug Master

RAK Ports is looking for an experienced ASD Tug Master to join our maritime team and ensure the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of our modern tugs. If you are a skilled professional with a passion for maritime operations and leadership, this is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic port environment.

Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years as a Tug Master operating ASD (Azimuth Stern Drive) tugs

Qualifications: Valid STCW 95 II/3 Master Certificate (<200GT or <500GT minimum)

Key Responsibilities:

️ Safely operate and maneuver ASD tugs in various weather and operational conditions.

️ Ensure full compliance with maritime safety, operational, and maintenance regulations.

️ Lead & mentor crew members, fostering high operational and safety standards.

️ Oversee daily routines, scheduled maintenance, and onboard management.

Who We’re Looking For:

A certified ASD Tug Master with hands-on experience handling Azimuth Stern Drive tugs.

A strong leader who can train, manage, and support the crew.
