Job Responsibilities

• Design and implement a dynamic art curriculum tailored to diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds, fostering creativity and self-expression in students.
• Facilitate engaging art lessons that incorporate various mediums, techniques, and art history, ensuring students gain a comprehensive understanding of artistic principles.
• Organize and oversee student art exhibitions and showcases, providing opportunities for students to display their work and gain confidence in their abilities.
• Evaluate student progress through meaningful assessments and constructive feedback, helping students set achievable artistic goals.
• Promote an inclusive classroom environment that celebrates diversity and encourages collaboration among students of different nationalities and backgrounds.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a related field, ensuring a solid foundation in artistic techniques and pedagogical methods.
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an international or multicultural setting, demonstrating adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
• Certification in Art Education or equivalent qualification that validates expertise in teaching art to diverse student populations.
