Communicate and engage students effectively in the subject matter
Assist with the organization of courses of study in cooperation with school learning objectives and in compliance with accreditation processes
Prepare a systematic plan for instruction that includes: a statement of general and specific learning objectives with time allotted for each unit, strategies employed during instruction to increase student engagement in the learning process, and methods of evaluation
Keep accurate, complete, and timely records of student's grades and attendance
Evaluate and grade fairly by grading policies
Assume responsibility at all times for students assigned to his/her care
Give prompt attention to routine classroom matters:
Textbook and equipment records
Student records (cumulative folders, report cards, conference records, etc.)
Accurate reporting of classroom
Specific qualifications required for this role:
Teaching Credential/License

The successful candidate should have:
Minimum two (2) years of experience as an Art Teacher, preferably in an American Curriculum school.
