Volunteer Opportunity: Art Event Assistant at World Art Dubai

Event Dates: April 14 - April 20, 2025

Stipend: AED 500 for the entire event

Overview: Rooftop App, a dynamic platform that connects artisans across India with global audiences, is participating in World Art Dubai. We are seeking an enthusiastic volunteer with a passion for arts to assist in presenting our artists&apos works and engaging with an international audience. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates from arts or event management backgrounds who are looking to gain valuable experience in a vibrant art event setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and breaking down the exhibit.
• Engage visitors by providing insightful information about the artists and their works.
• Represent Rooftop App professionally to an international audience, including VIP attendees.
• Assist in managing the booth, ensuring promotional materials are well-stocked and the display remains organized.
• Collect feedback from visitors to improve future exhibits and presentations.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Fine Arts, Art History, Event Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a passion for arts and cultural exchange.
• Ability to commit to the full duration of the event, from pre-event setup to post-event activities.
• Multilingual skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
