About the Role:

As our Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision across our diverse portfolio of high-profile nightlife, restaurant, and hospitality brands. You will oversee design, branding, and visual storytelling, ensuring every campaign is aesthetically powerful, engaging, and ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute innovative, trendsetting visual concepts for nightlife, hospitality, and F&B brands
2. Oversee branding, social media content, photography, videography, and marketing materials
3. Lead a team of designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-impact creative assets
4. Ensure brand consistency and elevate the visual identity of all client projects
5. Collaborate with strategists and content creators to produce scroll-stopping campaigns
6. Stay ahead of design trends, cultural shifts, and creative innovations in the industry

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Art Director in the hospitality, nightlife, or F&B industry
2. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media content, and campaign work
3. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
4. Understanding of photo and video production to guide creative execution
5. Ability to conceptualize bold and visually striking designs that resonate with audiences
6. Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate
